Photographed today, near the lakes in Montreal - by unnamed individual (does not want his name published). He felt that he should turn toward the sun and when he did he saw a strange ring around the sun and some sparks dancing off it - didn't see the UFO but saw two seagulls which can be seen in one of the photos - The photo was enhanced in the blowup square by "Intelligence" so we could have a better look at it. The photographer is a professional, one who's judgment, word and opinion we trust 100%! He says the photographed object is not a problem with the lens or any sort of spot. He believes it to be a true anomaly. - Joyce
