Predicted UFO Activity Periods for 1999

By T.R. Dutton

Precedents suggest that intense UFO activity can be expected to occur, worldwide, during 1999 – especially on or around the twelve dates listed below. For all date periods except those marked (*), the aerial craft witnessed are likely to be carrying occupants.

This means that we can expect spates of CE3s and CE4s, and the chances of a fully-successful CE5 should be greatly improved. (Probably the CE5s so far reported have been interactions with fully automated and intelligent surveillance craft.)

Although the date of the total solar eclipse (August 11th) is not included in the listing, other indicators suggest that small craft, such as those witnessed and recorded in Mexico during the eclipse of 1991, may again be seen during this year's event.

In my view, this is a year when all serious UFO research teams should be ready and waiting for the 'visitors', if and whenever they choose to visit the teams' localities. My timings graphs for specified locations may assist such activities. A graph is produced, on request, and free of charge, for any serious research team.

The important dates are:

January 5th, 13th
January 27th (*)
February 2nd, 23rd
March 20th
May 1st (*)
May 13th
August 27th
September 15th
November 27th - 29th
December 12th - 14th

My records suggest that routine monitoring activity by small probes takes place very frequently between key dates such as these. So, given such an abundance of important dates, the activity overall can be expected to provide us with plenty of excitement during the next twelve months.

Please keep me informed of your successes. The validation of this work depends on your willingness to so-operate.

– Further Information on Predicted UFO Activity During 1999

Further to my previous communication giving predicted date periods for CE3/4 activity during this year, research I am currently pursuing suggests that I can now hazard informed guesses about dates when routine global monitoring by robotic craft is likely to occur. Since most true

UFO activity seems to be of this variety, I feel it is important that those groups actively involved in sky watching activities should have as much information as I am able to give, albeit provisionally.

For 1999, I expect the key monitoring dates to be:

Jan. – 3, 4, 7, 10, 27, and 31st
Feb. – 4, 6, 23, 27 and 28th
Mar. – 4, 6, 22, 26, 27 and 31st
Apr. – 19, 22, 23, 28 and 30th
May – 16, 20, 21, 26 and 27th
Jun. – 12, 16, 17, 23 and 24th
Jul. – 10, 13, 14, 20 and 21st
Aug. – 6, 10, 11, 17 and 18th
Sep – 2, 6, 7, 13, 13 and 30th
Oct. – 3, 4, 10, 11 and 27th
Nov. – 6, 8, 23, 27 and 28th
Dec. – 3, 5, 21, 24 and 25th

It remains to be seen whether I am in the process of validating something else of significance. Of course, these predictions are globally applicable, so any one locality cannot expect to be monitored this frequently – only on some of the dates – but it will be interesting (and important) to discover how many of these predictions turn out to be associated with the observed activity.

So – may your sky watching in 1999 be very successful – and please let me know how you get on.
