NEW: This year we are requiring meals to be reserved and paid in advance-too much food has been left over in the past. Our first official meal is Dinner at the Pasta Fine Restaurant in Glen Rose, 6pm Fri evening, map and address part of registration pkt which will be provided as you let us know you will be attending TBB4 and when you will arrive. The story of this little restaurant began back with the recent wars in the former Yugoslavia region and the country of Albania. Four brothers were able to escape the tribulation with their families and bring them to the little towns of Granbury, Stephenville, and Glen Rose, Texas, where they found pre-existing buildings and began the best restaurants, in our opinion, to ever exist in small towns. The menu is diverse in all types of true Italian pasta with the real flavors of regions of Italy not found in a pizza parlor. There are fresh fish and lobster entrees for around $10, and large homemade bread hot hoagies of many selections as low as $4.95. Fresh well served salads with lots of homemade bread are as low as $4 - and best of all there is a large selection of vegetarian dishes. We are pre ordering from their menu, which I am sending a copy to you when you register to attend TBB4, to save time on that Fri evening. This must be done also by April 21st - a lot to ask - but you will thank me for thinking of this on their busiest night of the week ; There will be a short program during dinner; followed by gathering at the nearby Glen Rose community center for the infamous Beyond Boundaries slide presentation. Other meals include continental breakfast with special homemade treats Sat morning at $4; gourmet picnic lunch served under the pavilion at squaw creek lake Sat noon at $5; real Texas weiner roast with many trimmings around the campfire Sat evening beside the Brazos river at $5; and homemade breakfast burritoes both meat and vegetarian Sun morning $4; Sun noon meal menu undecided at this time will be $5; All include choice of beverages; You can certainly decide to choose only 1 or more of these meals; or bring your own food - no problem at all; but pleeeeezzzz help us poor caterers by buying meal tickets in your registration packet for meals and prices above if you are going to eat what we are preparing for you; again by April 21st deadline.
Bring in one or more new members and you get one free meal! New members you are bringing to TBB4 pay their $30 membership upon arr. at TBB or in advance.
Folks this is a membership gathering to share with people from all over the United States, and sometimes they come from all over the world. You will meet and make new friends for life here. And we are planning to have the greatest Together Beyond Boundaries ever this April 28, 29, 39th - But it takes you to make it that. We live and work here and have a great time everyday - come share this with us for this short time in April! And, please bring a new member. As you have heard us say before approximately $5 of the membership fee of $30 goes directly into gathering the research data from traveling around the world hotspots so that we can share all with you. We want to grow, serve and share exponentially. Thanx - See you here in April!!!! Joyce
