TIME: Dinosaur Age and Now
STORY: Two actually... A few years ago we came across a wonderful book about a guy going into the jungles of Peru to collect medicinal herbs and cancer healing plants and traveling many days up river looking for a group of Americans who were in the business of growing such plants for export when he happened on a village of non human beings. These strange beings displayed advanced technology unknown to our planet at that time as well as remarkable flying machines. They developed a way to communicate with each other and told him they were hybridizing plants from their home planet with similar stocks here on Earth, seeking hardier varieties with better yield. The indigent Indian tribes in the area were supposedly working with them to grow several varieties of these hybrid plants. The aliens told him the name of their planet, were quite hospitable and friendly.
This is not the first time we have heard of aliens beings living in the jungles of Peru. Shirley MacLaine ran across a few from the Pleiades living near Cuzco. Remember in one of her books her car did not need to be steered -it was being guided up the mountain?
A few days ago, I was throwing out old magazines and came across a copy of UFO Library with the first of a three part series on the study of alien airports strategically located in the rich mining areas of South America. According to this article, peasant villagers regularly gather in the main plaza of their village of Pinaya to tell interested visitors about their UFO stories and experiences - sounds like what Beyond Boundaries does with people gathered in villages around the world. We “show” them our slideshow presentation and they always “show” us much more by telling of their current experiences with ET contact and UFO phenomenon.
To get the very latest UFO reports from Peru I “surfed the net” a few minutes ago and found an article posted on a bulletin board from an author who had seen a photo of a 9 ft. tall skinny ET published awhile back on the cover of a major news magazine in Peru. The story was that a man claiming to have telepathic contact with ETs was challenged to prove it, so called out all major news media, some not so major, in Peru, to go to a designated location and wait for the ET craft to show up. By the appointed hour there was much laughing and skepticism along with a little imbibing of rather strong beverages to ward off the cold, and the ETs didn’t show. But a handful of believers and a few reporters stayed at the location until the next evening when 3 craft appeared overhead for 20 minutes while they filmed furiously and covered the covers of all the magazines and the front pages of Peruvian newspapers. The highway along the coast where this incident took place has so many UFOs that the government has put up a road sign alerting motorists not to be frightened when they see one. There are no abductions in Peru that we have heard of - only positive contact situations.
There is no doubt that Peru is rich in current UFO experience so we are taking an expedition there in April of ‘98. We have engaged the services of tour company to make traveling a little less of a hassle in that country And, Renato Longato again has agreed to be our guide. Being a Peruvian lawyer and a contactee by ETs himself he is certainly capable of getting us to the hottest UFO spots there!
Something very interesting has just happened near Lake Titicaca - A possible Stargate has been discovered that could be one of many now thought to be re-opening all over the world. A stargate is an opening to other dimensions, a multi -dimensional portal that is theorized to allow light and knowledge to reach earth to activate powers of mind accessible to all of us. Some of you will recall that in Issue 2 of this newsletter we published an interview with Mark Roberts, author of the internet book, The Quest for Stargate. Just a few days ago we received a phone call from an excited man in the area of Hueco Tanks, New Mexico, who had found that very cave which Mark mentioned in his book - the cave with the Subaru emblem and the Pleiades Map. And this man says no doubt it is another real Stargate!
There are many areas of Peru having alien and UFO phenomena these days. Peru is also a country of many diverse climates and environments. The South of Peru is similar to the southwestern part of the United States and the north is closer to the equator and is the PERU: PERU: Continued from page 1 Amazon Jungle and river.
Lake Titicaca, the largest highest elevation navigable lake in the world, where this alleged Stargate has just been discovered, is in the far South of on the Bolivian border.
All over Peru are ancient ruins that remain in very good condition and seem to have powerful energy vortices associated with them. I traveled to Peru a couple of years ago but not with a likeminded group. After a bit of effort I convinced our guide, a famous world river rafter, to interpret for me as I asked the local people about UFO experiences. He thought I was a real nut but when he finally did what I asked we got a response of “Yes! We see UFOs,” 99% of the time. In the more rural areas we found that the acceptance of the UFO phenomenon as real and ordinary is very common. The legends and traditions of the Inca are very strong and their present religious beliefs and ceremonials usually combine the catholic teaching by the Spanish with their Indian heritage.
There is a place, Chilca in the desert, near Lima which has strong UFO connections and many sightings. About 15 years ago Sixto Paz and a group of other young people went to this area and made telepathic contact with some extraterrestrials who claimed to be based on Ganymede, a moon of Jupiter. This is the same origin of one species of aliens common to our friends in Puerto Rico. As you know Ganymede and Europa are both supposed to capable of sustaining some level of life. Sixto Paz was the originator of the RAMA Mission Group which is one of the most well known UFO organizations now in Peru.
On a later visit to Chilca, Sixto tells of meeting up with an ET who
motioned him to come inside a very tiny structure which, once he was inside,
turned into a very large building, phenomena similar to space-time dimensionality
described in other ET experiences. He was teleported to Ganymede where
he saw Crystal Cities. In March of 1989 the ETs told Sixto they would
appear for the media and did so. Again both video footage and photos which
we never saw in this country made the news in Peru. And, our government
asked Sixto to leave our country after that incident in 1989, when he
was here telling his stories of ET contact. 
There are groups of Indians living in another sacred area close to Lima, called Marcahuasi, one of the most powerful places in Peru. There are many UFOs sighted in the area, where there are gigantic stone faces of people, from many races of man, some races which do not exist in Peru, as well as many variety of animals from around the world. Legends of the Elohim still abound amongst these Indians and there was a photo recently taken of a hill where unknown to the photographer an ET was standing and waving.
Near the, made famous by Shirley MacLaine, city of Cuzco are many ruins. Sacsayhuaman, Tambo Machi, Kenko and the Temple of the Moon all having strong ET connection. Sacsayhuaman has structures with very tall doors and steep, tall steps. There is an arrangement of stones in the shape of an astrological wheel where the local people reenact some of the sacred Inca ceremonies each June. People sit near a lake close to Cuzco on nightwatches where, like the Laguna Cartagena in Puerto Rico, craft are seen ascending from and descending into the water. Alien beings are seen in the coldest of weather going into the water. Some visitors see the cloud formations like seen around. Shasta where UFOs are contained within the ionized formation.
Machu Picchu is probably the most famous site in Peru and is always the place everyone wants to go at least on a first visit to the country. There is the Inca Trail which one can hike for 4 days to Machu Picchu instead of taking the 4 hour train ride. This is a narrow gauge railway and the scenery is absolutely beautiful along the way. And, you see the people trekking along the 4 day Inca trail. The hot baths Shirley made famous, Aguas Caliente, are mineral springs in a village with the ruins high above the mountain nearby. Many people enjoy these ruins but do not feel that it is an especially sacred or high energy location.
The Plains of Nazca are very interesting from an overflight where you can see many figures drawn perfectly and figures that can only be seen from the air. And some of the designs are very similar to the second part of our story which we are now coming to: The Cabrera Stones.
In 1961, 360 km south of Lima, located on the west coast about halfway down the country, and the capital of Peru, in the coastal province of Ica, some strange and mysterious stones were discovered. On the stones were engraved animals, men and ways of life very different from those previously discovered by students of the classical cultures of Peru. In the region where the stones came from, Ocucaje, are innumerable graves of men who lived in the times of the Inca and before; lying on the surface of the earth are the petrified remains of both tiny and huge prehistoric animals.
The strange stones were found by the peasants of Ocucaje which lies also
in the zone where the finest ancient textiles and ceramics have been unearthed
since the beginning of this century. The peasants here love to search
for artifacts and on a clear night, 
armies of men armed with picks, their faces covered so as not to breath
the stench of the graves, protected by amulets to defend them against
evil spirits, perform the enigmatic task of literally uncovering the past.
And, from these tombs and graves occasionally appear the famous stones.
Dr. Javier Cabrera, a medical doctor, has spent the last 35 or more years trying to convince the world that these stones represent man at the time of the dinosaurs in a life story told by the depictions on the over 11,000 of these stones in his possession. But the unusual figures engraved on the stones amazed the archaeologists and other specialists who saw them, but they could not be reconciled with what was known of the men who had lived in ancient Peru, long after the dinosaur age, and they could not open their minds to the fact that man has been here much longer than the world thinks. Loyal to the notions that the oldest human beings in Peru dated from no more than 20,000 years ago and that only 3,000 years ago was there an advanced civilization to be found in the region, they could not admit to the hypothesis that the stones might be evidence of a civilization much older than the Incas or the Pre-Incas. Doubt about the stones authenticity was their response. And, to this day no one really pays much attention to Dr. Cabrera’s collection in his museum.
Dr. Cabrera has been able to identify the unusual fauna engraved on the stones as animals which paleontologist tell us existed in prehistory, and by a simple deduction, realized that these stones revealed the contemporaneous existence of man and prehistoric animals, which meant that man existed a million years ago. Laboratory analysis revealed that these stones came from volcanic flows in the mesozoic era (230 to 63 million years ago) and that the patina of oxidation covering the engravings proved their antiquity.
Latest investigations have proven the hypothesis that intelligent man and dinosaur lived together because Dr. Cabrera has discovered in the Ocucaje desert, a few kilometers from the deposit where the stones were found, a paleontologic measure set in sedimentary rocks from the superior Cretaceous period of the Mesozoic geological era. In 1984 he found a section of sedimentary strata in which there were a number of fossilated animal and vegetable specimens from the Mesozoic fauna and flora and then, with great surprise, he found part of a human backbone belonging to man similar to man of our day. It was found just a few meters from three incomplete heads and fragments of dinosaurs belonging to the triceratops species. Close to this find were giant eggs specimens, sections of skin of dinosaurs of different species, and an almost complete skeleton of an equally fossilated phitosaur.
Dr. Cabrera says the importance of this proof of his hypothesis does not dwell with man’s past but with man’s future and the future of our planet, which he explains. There has also be found in the Ocucaje desert in the paleontologic measure, evidence of a monstrous deluge which covered with mud whatever there was on this side of the planet. And what the stones are telling us is that this planet is facing another cataclysm like the one that destroyed the existing world at the end of the Mesozoic time!
The stones are of different sizes, weights, and colors, with the smallest weighing 15 to 20 grams and the largest, about 500 kilograms. They are shaped like river rocks, pebbles, and small boulders as seen on river banks, beaches, and alluvial plains. But river rocks are notable for their durability; the Ica stones, on the other hand, are so fragile that if one knocks against another or is dropped to the floor, it will shatter. Operating on the principle that the designs convey some message and the etchings are a form of writing in which the figures were symbols that represented objects, subjects, qualities, attitudes, circumstances, and events, Dr. Cabrera started the deciphering process. After a systematic review of the 6,000 samples at that time which made up his collection he realized that in many of the stones the designs seemed to repeat themselves. Comparative analysis revealed that even when two figures were very similar, the presence of one or more new elements inserted in the design, or variations in the posture of figures, animal or vegetable, as well as changes in the placement of objects, made each design unique. He then began organizing the stones around themes of us human existence, and began to get a logical vision of the engravings. Utilizing work of other archaeologists studying Peruvian artifacts he soon discovered by the engraving that man is at least 405 million years old. And displayed by the designs man who carved them not only knew the co exiting animals but knew them well in a biological sense: the reproductive cycle of the megacheiroptera, dinosaur, and agnata, their eating habits, and their physical vulnerabilities. The representation of the reproductive cycle of the agnato in one series of stones suggests that it was executed in the Devonic period, in the Paleozoic era. They reveal a profound knowledge of science and a technology much more advanced than our own today. These revelations raise an important questions - if millions of years ago there lived on earth an intellectually, scientifically, and technologically advanced people, why is it that modern man has only begun to approach that level of advancement today. One of many other questions surface - If the human species has become extinct several times and then re-evolved, how can we explain the common reference points shared by peoples the world over? The shared reference in legends, myths, and histories to fabulous animals (dragons, monsters, flying serpents, gargoyles, etc.) that are so like paleontological reconstructions of prehistoric animals, the share references to the existence of advanced civilizations, the shared references to a cataclysm that buried entire continents leaving only a handful of survivors to repopulate the earth. All of this can be explained, however, if we start with the premise that the human species never became extinct?
Dr. Cabrera has interpreted from the stones every issue ever known
to man, it seems, and his interpretations are all very logical when viewing
the glyphs with his guidance. Some of the more interesting subjects covered
by the Ica stones are life on other planets, which ones, and why.
In one of the carved images an observer can be seen inspecting the cosmos with an optical instrument. In the upper left part of the face a symbol that appears to be a comet can be seen. This is a comet at the point where its orbit is closest to the Earth. To one side of the observer there is a branch with many leaves, a symbol of a group of men. The branch in this instance represents the cognitive energy of a group of reflective and scientific men directed to a phenomenon that they are causing to occur in the Cosmos, judging by the direction in which the man is looking. The flower on the branch signifies that the cosmic phenomenon has been crowned a success.
The information conveyed in the stone of Ica contains invaluable messages left by an ancient humanity for the humanity of the future. Under strange and difficult to explain circumstances, they have been deciphered in our time. And as their messages reveal to us that man is capable of unthinkable intellectual achievements if he merely aspires to the heights that those before him have attained, the Engraved Stones of Ica are the most important legacy of our time. Dr. Cabrera says that his belief in this has compelled him, willingly to open his museum to the disposition not only of students and scientists but of any person who wishes to see them. When he is asked to publish his opinion about them or to share the results of his investigations, or for permission to photograph them, he as acceded with great pleasure. The 11,000 stones wait for other foreign students and scientists and, especially, for the students of the Peruvian past to examine them and confirm the truth they tell.
The Engraved Stones of Ica explain rationally much of what we now see as enigmatic or fabulous about the past existence of man. The achievements of that remote humanity are so far beyond the present capabilities of man that, if the concrete evidence did not exist, the inferences drawn from them would risk sounding like the product of an extraordinary imagination.
